Lake Erie Sunset
Painted after an watching the sunset from the deck of a restaurant at Geneva on the Lake Ohio. Heavily textured. One of my favorites. Prints available-contact me regarding size and pricing. This original comes framed with a basic wood frame.
Purple-Fun with Color
An multi media abstract with lots of color. This painting kept progressing and I had a lot of fun doing it. It is painted with acrylics and other products as well on foam. A simple black painted wood frame finishes this off. Juried into Valley Art Center's Abstract art show. Prints are available as well approx. 10 x 13 and fits in a standard size mat. One of my favorites.
That's one of the comments people make when they see this work. The texture in blue seems almost like it has motion. Plaster techniques with paint pigments and acrylics-several top coatings to give it the special look. Done on wood.This is in a black float frame, the listed dimensions are just of the painting.

Venetian Plaster Purple
A synthetic venetian plaster applied to the wall... multiple steps to this process, very labor intensive. The finish on this wall was done "high gloss".

It seems I need to be active and doing something either physically or creatively-using my hands most of the time.
